1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing skytrainings.in or enrolling in a SkyTrainings course, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

SkyTrainings provides live, instructor-led online IT training courses (and, where noted, offline/weekend batches) in cloud, data engineering, BI, and AI technologies, along with related study materials, mock interviews, and career support, to students in India and internationally.

3. Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment is confirmed once course fees are paid in full or per an agreed installment plan. Course pricing is displayed in INR unless otherwise agreed; international students are responsible for any currency conversion or transfer charges from their bank or payment provider.

4. Course Access & Materials

Course recordings, syllabus PDFs, and study materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use by the enrolled student only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of course content is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, course materials, and the SkyTrainings website and branding are the intellectual property of SkyTrainings and its instructors, protected under applicable copyright law.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students. We reserve the right to remove any student from a batch for disruptive, abusive, or fraudulent conduct without refund.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality training and support career outcomes, SkyTrainings does not guarantee specific job placement, salary, or certification results. Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant course.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
